Its anti-corrosion properties provide efficient, long-term protection of liners. Despite its high detergent-dispersant efficiency, the demulsibility characteristics allow rapid separation of water accidentally entering the engine. Its very good anti-wear properties ensure the life of all sliding parts. Its antifoam properties prevent breakdown  of the oil film, thus ensuring superior hydrodynamic lubrication of moving parts.

	AGIP CLADIUM 300 has very high detergent properties which effectively prevent formation of lacquer and carbon deposits on piston lands and grooves, thus keeping rings free. Its dispersant performance is appropriately balanced in order to prevent engine deposits without adversely affecting centrifuging. Its exhibits excellent anti-wear performances making it therefore suitable, also for the lubrication of main engine reduction gear units. Its good demulsibility characteristics allow the efficient separation of any water accidentally entering the engine. Its antirust properties provide superior protection against moisture and salinity. AGIP CLADIUM 300 is formulated to prevent deposits of uncreated anti-acid additives in the cylinders in case of operation on low-sulphur fuels. It can therefore provide optimum lubrication even in engines running on diesel fuel.

	Description
	AGIP CLADIUM 400 has detergent-dispersant  properties that effectively prevent the formation of lacquers, sludge, and deposits, thus keeping rings free and pistons clean. It has enough alkalinity reserve to efficiently combat the formation of acid mists resulting from the use of very-high sulphur fuel oils. This reserve is also particularly useful in engines exhibiting especially low oil consumption or operating at such low liner temperatures as to favour sulphuric acid condensation. Its anti-wear properties make this product also suitable to lubricate main engine reduction gear units.  Its antifoam properties prevent the formation and entrainment of air bubbles. Its balanced dispersancy ensures a perfectly clean engine without hindering purification by centrifuging. Its high polarity provides superior protection of engine parts from attack by moisture and salinity.

Agip PUNICA 570

	AGIP PUNICA 570 has sufficient reserve alkalinity to efficiently prevent acidic corrosion ofliners even when high-sulphur fuels are used. The rapid rate of reaction of the alkaline additives employed guarantees quick neutralization of acid mists resulting from oxidation of the sulphur in the fuel, thus minimizing corrosion. The high thermal stability of the product ensures optimum lubrication even in the largest bore engines operating at the highest mean effective pressures. The very high detergent-dispersant characteristics prevent carbon deposits forming in the piston-ring grooves, so the rings remain free even with low-quality fuel oils. The strong lubricating film ensures minimum ring and liner wear thus reducing engine servicing requirements. The low surface tension of the product facilitates its distribution inside the liner, further reducing chemical and mechanical wear.
