  • SIEMENS KR 900/01-1 (DIN 51515)
  • UNI ISO 8086
Description

  • The high Viscosity Index of all grades minimizes changes in viscosity throughout the normal temperature range, thus ensuring that a proper lubricant film is maintained even
    at high operating temperatures.
  • AGIP OTE oils have especially high oxidation and aging resistance and do not form either sludges or deposits. They are therefore suitable for extended service. Indeed they exceed 3000 hours in the Turbine Oil Stability Test (TOST) and amply exceed the oxidation level of IP 280 (CIGRE) test.
  • Their anticorrosion and antirust properties provide effective  protection of all lubricated parts, the oil circuit, storage tanks, heat exchangers, etc.
  • They have very good antifoam properties and readily eliminate entrained air thus reducing the danger of discontinuity in the lubricant film. Air locks and cavitations in the circulation pump, erratic regulator operation and overflow of oil from storage tank vents.
  • They have very high demulsibility. This characteristic prevents formation of stable emulsions and ensures quick, complete, spontaneous separation of entrained water, thus guaranteeing continuity and homogeneity of lubricant film which is essential for correct lubrication and for minimum friction and wear.

  • MAN GHH BORSIG SP 079984 E 0000 E 98
  • SIEMENS TVL 9013 04 (type EP)
  • Siemens Westinghouse M-Spec 55125Z3
Description

  • The AGIP OTE GT contain additives with exceptional anto oxidant properties that reduce oil ageing and avoid formation of sludges  and deposits; thus is illustrated by its performance in TOST (Turbine Oil Stability Test), where it exceeds 10000 hours.
  • The high Viscosity Index of AGIP OTE GT oils minimizes changes in viscosity throughout the normal temperature range,  thus ensuring that a proper lubricant film is maintained even at high operating temperatures.
  • The anticorrosion and antirust properties provide effective prOTE GTction of all lubricated parts, the oil circuit, storage tanks, heat exchangers, etc.
  • The AGIP OTE GT have very good antifoam properties and readily eliminate entrained air thus reducing the danger of discontinuity in the lubricant film. Air locks and cavitations in the circulation pump, erratic regulator operation and overflow of oil from storage tank vents.
  • The demulsibility properties prevent formation of stable emulsions, ensuring complete water separation in the oil. This characteristic is particularly appreciated in combined cycle plants where only one high performance product need be used to serve both gas and steam turbine lubrication requirement.
  • They have mild EP properties which are essential for ensuring long life of turbine reduction gear units, as illustrated by typical test results: AGIP OTE 32 GT has a FZG failure load stage of 9th

Agip Dicrea

Spesification

  • ISO-L-DAA
  • ISO-L-DAG
  • DIN 51506 VDL (32, 46, 68, 100)
Description

  • AGIP DICREA lubricants are very stable at high operating as shown by the low carbonresidue in the DIN 51352 part 2 oxidation test. They do not form gums or carbon deposits on the hot parts of the compressor, thus minimizing ring sticking and obstruction of delivery valve ports. AGIP DICREA also have oxidation and ageing resistance and do not form sludge or deposits as shown by the  result obtained in R.O.C.O.T. test (an oxidation  test designed to evaluate  the oxidation resistance of lubricants for oil flooded compressors). AGIP DICREA therefore have a long service life in rotary (screw and vane) compressors.
  • They have a low carbon residue and very little tendency to form carbon on hot parts of the compressor, as demonstrated by the DIN tests.
  • They have no rust-forming tendency, and pass the ASTM D 665 A/B test.
  • AGIP DICREA are antiwear oils. They pass stage 9 in the FZG test. Antiwear properties are crucial in the lubrication of rotary compressors which are more prone to wear than reciprocating compressors owing to the way power is transmitted.
  • AGIP DICREA are compatible with most types of rubber normally used in compressor seals.

Agip Dicrea SX

Spesification
AGIP DICREA SX meet the requirements of the following specifications or classifications:

  • ISO-L-DAB
  • ISO-L-DAH
  • DIN 51506 VDL
Description

  • Thanks to the special synthetic base and the carefully balanced additive package, the oil- change interval in rotary compressors with AGIP DICREA SX products is three to four times longer than that typical of mineral oils, so servicing requirements are greatly reduced.
  • These lubricants are very stable at high temperatures, thus limiting the formation of damaging carbon deposits in the hot parts of reciprocating compressors.
  • The anticorrosive properties  of AGIP DICREA SX products ensure that lubricated components are well protected from rust,  as demonstrated by  the excellent results obtained with ASTM D 665 B.
  • The oils are also endowed with antiwear properties, so as to limit wear on compressor parts subjected to sliding action; this characteristic is particularly effective in the oil pick-up units of screw compressors.
  • The products are compatible with the types of rubber normally used in air compressors.
